This shrine worships Amabikonomikoto， the first son of Hikoyainomikoto and Yomemikonomikoto. It has ben said that the region called Otokobaru was a place where Amabikonomikoto was born.
The shrine has mysterious space with large cedars along the approach to the shrine.
