This temple worships Munetoki Yamamura from Hozen who was attacked by Satsuma and died.
It has been said that a child of Munetoki Yamamura built this temple.
Hakuunzan， the True Pure Land sect of Buddhism Nishihonganji， Branch temple of Kyokoseiji Naitanbo. This temple was opened in 1614 by Ryosei.
