”Brewery， Yamamura” is a long-established sake brewery founded at the altitude of 550 m， the year 12 (1762).
The current sake brewery was built in 1860 and is proud of its tasteful appearance.
We utilize the difference of cold and warmth in the Aso region， which is an important factor for sake brewing， and we are drinking alcohol from Aso’s clean underground water and Aso rice and water.
